VINTAGE 1913 PENNSYLVANIA PORCELAIN LICENSE PLATE # 59038 with KEYSTONE BADGE! Original PENNA. 1913 green porcelain license plate. No. 59038. Measures 14" long x 6" high.  Has original Keystone badge - has pitting. On back is says it is Made by "BRILLIANAT MFG. CO. 1035 RIDGE AVE.  PHILADELLPHIA, PA". It has a few dings, so please look carefully at all the pictures. For it's age, 109 years, it is in good condition! Wonderful to display or add to your collection! Pictures are part of the description.
