    Description

    This vintage Victorian Christmas card has an image by Robert Dudley. It shows a group of anthropomorphic birds celebrating with a plum pudding and dancing. Published by Castell Brothers, number 525, circa the 1880s. A seldom seen and very scarce card.
    Condition:
    Good: with a slight crease at upper right, some surface dirt/scuffing, some yellowing of the paper with age, some minor edge distress, and corner bumps all around. See photos for details, and my About Me for more info on how we grade our cards.
