Unstamped Pennsylvania License Plate ~ 10" X 6"

Up for auction is an unstamped Pa. license plate. As shown in the pictures, it has rust on it, due to the fact that it is a steel plate, not aluminum. It has all of the appearances of a regular Pa plate, circa 60"s or 70"s. It has its fair share of rust, but it still shows very well. I have attempted to research this unstamped style of plate but cannot find any information on it. If you know anything about how this plate came about, please let me know, so that I may represent it more accurately. Per Ebay rules, this plate is more than 3 years old.
