Ultra Rare Baby Great White Shark Jaw Fine Teeth 4’8” w/ DATA
This is an extremely rare size with very interesting tooth morphology.  The teeth in the first two files of the lower jaw don’t have serrations and have cusplets when they are this young.  They will slowly develop serrations and when they are about 6 feet the teeth in those two files are serrated.   The two files closest to center are last to develop serrations.
The upper teeth also exhibit small cusplets.
Two files in the lower jaw were moved forward.  You can see where the epoxy has yellowed over time in one of the pictures.
This jaw has full data that I will provide to the buyer.
It is from an individual that was 4’ 8” in length that was caught in 1987.
The jaw measures 8 1/2” wide x 7 3/4” tall.
The largest lower tooth measures 9/16”
The largest upper tooth meaaures 7/16"
