    Description

    Seaforth Highlanders Officer’s Sword by Wilkinson Sword No 40642 The register states sold to T G Cope Royal Fusiliers 26 Sept 1905 Infantry Sword with nickel plated hilt. This sword has the original infantry officer’s blade but had the hilt changed when he became Lt Col of the Seaforth’s. He was awarded the D.S.O for services at Hohenzollern Redoubt in 1916 and the C.M.G in the 1919 Birthday Honours by King George 5th The sword is in very good condition and sold with two scabbards and research including a copy of the register.
