My name is Fred Freberg.  I've  instructed about 3000  kids for 30 years.  Pitching on a college National championship team did nothing to prepare me for helping others achieve their goals.  THE KIDS TAUGHT ME WHAT TO DO!.  Teaching the proper way to throw and pitch IS important (And this manual will indeed do that).
But what happens when a kid's adrenalin goes through the roof and  out of control.  They need assistance in scooping that energy up and using it effectively.
