New but without hang tags,  this is a costume item from Wolff Fording in size Men's Small Adult. The top is a black mesh V- neck top with white 3/4 inch white elastic trim.around the neckline and sleeves. The black Nylon Lycra pants also have the same 3/4 inch elastic sidestripe.  The pants have a 33 inch inseam and are serged at the bottom.
