NWOT Designer Sample Blue Embroidered sheer top Ladies small adult asymmetrical

This is a beautiful fabric but does not photograph true.  The lycra mesh that is the background fabric is a light navy, like a gray navy,  the thread that composes the embroidery is a metallic wedgwood blue that gives it a true sparkle. There is no glitter on this top. It was most likely designed as a praise top, it has the designers ensignia on the internal tag but it was never put into production and I have no catalog photo of it.It is slit on both sides to about the waist. Size is small adult, There are no finished edges and this was intentional as the spandex mesh fabric does not ravel. It would be really pretty over a white or nude cami top and white capri pants or jeans. Very elegant and feminine. K503
