    his is a one of a kind, designer sample. It did not make it into the catalog. It is an open front, long sleeve, collarless jacket in size Small adult. I have only this one, It is florescent orange and will therefore glow under black light. This is a dance costume item, I am showing the front and the back of the item. K513
