This item is new with the original Wolff Fording hang tag.  It is a multi color foil on black plush velvet spandex top with 3/4 sleeves.  Please be aware that this item was
originally
designed to be worn with a jumpsuit which is not included.  This listing is for the velvet top only.  I do have the jumpsuit in another listing, ebay item number 390290128611, bootcut unitard jazz.
The size for this top is a ladies small adult.
