Muhlenberg Alumni PA License Plate Specialty Plate Over 3 Yrs Old Collectible

Description

This is a PA (Penn, Penna, Pennsylvania) state issued specialty plate for the Muhlenberg Alumni.  This was never mounted to a vehicle.  It has a slight twist from being stacked with other plates, and there are some high points that show a slight rub (again from the previous collector stacking these).  This is the real deal in as close to new condition that you will find!
