This listing is for a used vintage carbide miner's lamp marked AUTO-LITE UNIVERSAL LAMP CO CHICAGO U.S.A.
Working condition is unknown but appears complete.
Lever on top will only go from center position to right but not from center to left.
Cap for flint holder unscrews, but is empty and the striker wheel rotates freely.
The tank to body sealing gasket is intact and does not feel brittle and has some give to fingernail pressure.
There is damage deformation from lots of regular use, and an aged patina.
This is sold as a collectible not as a working lantern, so you are buying this as is as described and shown in the pictures.
Making this work would be up to you.
