Based upon my research, it

be from the famous Indiana Glass Company.
I CANNOT CONFIRM THIS THOUGH !!!!
I'm just describing it based upon the various size diamond shapes ( NO FLIM FLAM , NO TRICKERY INTENDED.)
There are no cracks, no chipping...etc.

Shipping is via the U.S. Postal Service priority mail , or parcel select & is calculated based upon zip code.
This item DOES NOT fit in any of the flat rate airmail boxes.
