    HEN ON NEST  VINTAGE  RED/GOLD  AMBERINA  Vintage Glass collectible rare.
    Glass Chicken Hen In Nest Covered Candy Dish. This item is listed as used. However, it’s in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs of any kind. This dish has 2 piece...the top of the hen and the bottom which is a basket. There is a swirl of color throughout. This variation in color is intentional. In the light, some of the edges are slightly translucent where the color is more clear than solid. It’s a really awesome detail. I am not positive of the manufacturing date of this item. There isn’t a makers mark. I was told this was most likely not marked at all. Not all Westmoreland or Heisey pieces were marked. It could have also had a sticker at one time that has since been removed. This item measures approx 6.5 inches X 5.25 inches.
