    Description

    The stamp was issued to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the surrender of Cornwallis at Yorktown on Oct. 19, 1931. The central design shows Washington flanked by Admiral Rochambeau and Gen. DeGrasse, Frenchmen who aided the American cause. The card is in good condition, aging on the front & back, with wear on the corners.
