The Asolo Distance is designed to be a light weight, long distance scrambling/approach shoe with enough stiffness to handle a moderate load on the trail. Water resistant suede upper with a sticky flat Vibram outsole.  Made in Romania to the highest EU standards.
Note this is snug fitting technical shoe not designed for casual street wear like a typical "jogger."  Received great reviews when first issued in 2009.
