Antique Pennsylvania 1929 Car Inspection Sticker License Plate Topper great for display in the collection. I am told these license plate topers were for when inspection first started in 1929. This one was used later and has a 1935/1936 sticker on it. The guy put it on backwards. It shows wear and loss. Check out the photo's for condition
