Antique RPPC 1907-1930 Unused DISASTER PC of BAD ICE STORM (location unknown) That Has Totally COATED The BUILDING With ICE And Caused DAMAGE. There also looks to be a WIRE DOWN along the bottom quarter of the card. Standard size 5.5” x 3.5”. In EXCELLENT to VERY GOOD CONDITION according to postcard rating system with sharp corners and clean edges and no noticeable flaws that I can see except for mild discoloration spots.
