This is a Adult Collectible promo from Miller Industries Towing Equipment,1:32-4 Scale, Miller Industries 19- 2971 edition. It appears to of not been out of box until I took these pictures. Box is 13" in length, weight is 1 lbs 13 oz  before double protective boxing.
International 4400 Series Slide Back Carrier. Condition is almost, "New". Date on box is 2002
Great rare piece! For comparision, this model is hard to find, check it out on eBay and Google.
Item is new and has been taken out of box for pictures. I am always open for offers on these collectibles.
The model is securely packed with bubble wrap around carton with original printed outer cardboard box, and then double boxed for shipping.
