For your consideration is a Auto Club of Philadelphia license plate topper that was remade in the 1980s. These toppers were commissioned by a group of antique auto enthusiasts for use on classic cars. You can always tell these recommissioned toppers by the mounting portion being to the side instead of going straight down. The topper is in displayable condition. Please see the additional photo section to inspect for condition.
