UP FOR BIDS IS A 1919 PENNSYLVANIA TRUCK LICENSE PLATE, #C33778, PA OVER KEYSTONE AND 3 STARS TO THE RIGHT OF THE PLATE NUMBER. BLACK BACKGROUND WITH RED LETTERING.
VIN NUMBER INSCRIBED ON THE KEYSTONE (AS CLOSE AS I CAN READ, THE NUMBERS ARE PRETTY WORN): 28985. PLATE MEASURE 6" HIGH x 16" WIDE. OVERALL IN FAIRLY GOOD CONDITION, CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT IT'S 103 YEARS OLD. SOME SURFACE RUST AND PAINT WEAR AS SHOWN, UPPER LEFT CORNER IS SLIGHTLY BENT, APPROX 1/4" CURL ON THE CORNER. Truck or vehicle with solid rubber tires
Red on black, legend, all embossed, PA over keystone over 19 to the right of the serial number.  The keystone has the VIN number inscribed.  To the far right is a stack of 1 to 5 stars indicating the weight class of the vehicle.  All truck plates used a C prefix plus 1 to 5 digits.
