1914 Pennsylvania license plate 78731 porcelain white on black keystone tab

very nice unrestored 100% original Pennsylvania license plate. 1914 issue; number 78731.  14 by 6 inches; white legend on black background. almost
completely straight and flat, with excellent original porcelain as seen in the photos.  there's a minor wave to the underlying metal that doesn't affect the porcelain.  four neatly drilled extra holes - two along each side edge.  no touchup or repair.  manufacturer's number tab number is present and appears to be original to the plate.
porcelain plates are fragile, because the coating is literally glass fused to the steel.  to protect it from damage, the plate will be packed carefully for transport.
